Notes:
• We conducted the 2o12 & 2o13 Foray Field Trips under a special use permit with the San Juan National Forest.
• Most Field Trips were on Friday, with a few shorter trips on Saturday.
• Each Field Trip Group was responsible for identifying its collections and organizing their display.
• Saturday afternoon focused on mushroom identification at the Quality Resort.
• Displays and evening gatherings were in the Ponderosa Room.
• Registration, Field Trip sign-up, and club book sales were in the Aspen Room (glassed-in room near front desk).
• Foray did not include Thursday Dinner. We suggested that paricipants dine before you arriving on Thursday or to check with Check-in volunteers for dining suggestions.

Thursday, August 22, 2o13
• 16:oo - 19:3o : Check-In in the Aspen Room (near lobby).
• 19:3o in Ponderosa Room : Brief Welcome, Introduction of Guest Mycologists & Field Trip Leaders, Explanations of Display Procedure and Collection Etiquette, Descriptions of Field Trips
• After above presentations are concluded, Trip Leaders (only) met with the Trip Coordinator (Terri Wallis).

Friday, August 23
• o6:3o - o8:oo
  · Breakfast Buffet in Dining Room
  · Pick up Sack Lunches
• o7:3o - o8:3o : Late Check-in (if necessary)
• o8:3o : Field trips leave
• 14:oo-16:oo : Field trips return - Instructions:
  · Bring specimens and completed collection slips to display area designated for your Trip Group (in Ponderosa Room).
  · DO NOT DUMP AND RUN! There is no Triage Area. Recognition for Quality Displays!
• 14:oo - 17:3o : Mushroom Identification and arrangement
• 18:oo - 19:oo : Dinner in Piñon Dining Room
• 19:3o : Evening Gathering in Ponderosa Room
  · Short presentation by Billy Stone
  · Field Trip Reports: Where we went, What we found
  · Mycologists' Comments: Selected Species and Specimens
• Evening Social

Saturday, August 24
• o7:oo - o8:oo
  · Breakfast Buffet in Dining Room
  · Pick up Sack Lunches
• o7:3o - o8:3o : Late Check-in (if necessary)
• o8:3o : Field trips leave
• 13:3o : Field trips return - Instructions:

• 19:30 : Evening Gathering in Ponderosa Room
