One other participant had contacted me about hike and was waiting at WF when I arrived.
Also at WF was leader of another hike, which had no other participants. He decided to come
on my hike, which made total attendance of 3 humans and 1 dog.
Hike Description:
Departed Doc Long's parking lot at
08:30.
Hiked on Bill Spring Trail to north end of Faulty Trail
Followed Faulty Trail south to Sulphur Canyon
Continued on Faulty Trail to Cienega Horse Bypass Trail
Horse Bypass Trail to Paved Cienega Spring access road
Down hill through Sulphur Canyon PL and back to Doc Long's PL.
This route is approx 4.25mi / 6.8km with an elevation
variance of 620ft (7260-7880) / 190m (2210-2400).
