Pre-Foray Field Trip with Steve Trudell
Steve Trudell, this year's Foray
Mycologist,
invites NMMS members to join him on a field trip to the
Santa Fe
Ski Basin on Sunday, August 15th. We will meet in Santa Fe at the
Dunkin' Donuts (1085 S Saint Francis Dr) at 8:30, and regroup at the Ski
Area itself around 9:15-9:30. To make sure that everyone connects, we'll
plan to gather at the Ski Area ticket office at 9:30.

Pat Brannen has organized
a dinner at
Villa Fontana for
Saturday,
August 28th, at 1:00 PM. Those interested should contact Pat
no later than the Foray.
Mark your calendars for August 26th (the
Thursday following our Foray). Taylor Lockwood will show his Treasures
from the Kingdom of Fungi at 7:00 PM at the
Education Building at the Rio Grande Botanic Garden, 2601
Central NW (next to the Aquarium). Please plan to attend.
